Why do I need this if I feel fine?

What if I’m not in Dubai?
You can still do it!
We accept samples from anywhere in the world.
Within the UAE — you can send your hair sample to us via Post of Emirates (Emirates Post), following the packaging instructions (we’ll send you a short video guide).
🇪🇺 If you’re in Europe — we’ll provide the address of our partner laboratory, where you can send your hair sample directly by international mail.
The main thing is to pack the strand correctly — and we’ll process it exactly the same way as for our Dubai clients.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
